Foreclosure moratorium adds to moral hazard and weakens a near gone housing market more. This is terrible news. OK so this Foreclosure Moratorium reminds me of the great depression when banks did stop the repo. What we have to do it wake up. Hope for the best you all, but for the worst we must prepare.
