Banks did use a sloppy foreclosure process. This is what got us into our current mortgage mess. Liar loans with an over sight of zero. Tax payers as usual must now pay. When is it the banks fault - never.
There should be a moratorium on repossessions. Of course the banksters got billions, but not one penny for the poor. Time to send a message. Vote out our corrupt to the core congress.
