Zillow estimates can be wrong. There are many reasons. For example, the program just looks at available numbers and cannot tell how pretty a house is. Often, an ugly house sells for a lot less than a real pretty one. I do suppose that in the future a neural network could look at pictures and assign eachhouse a beauty score.
