Decrease in vacancies

Right now we see a decrease in vacancies. Also, there is an increase in dwelling owners. Yeah, we did say increase. Customers are seeing rents go up. That is due to a decrease in supply as banks tear down old homes that they use to auction off years ago. OK. so my forecast is more rain. Fellows, this is a figurative sense. Like we are not talking about that weather or global warming.
