Why are home prices still going down and not up. Well, prices go up in a recovery. However, we are not in one. Folks, this is an on going recession. It keeps on getting worse. That is to be expected, but politician do not want to get off their ass. OK so they tell us that everything is fine and people who complain about the lack of jobs are crazy. People cannot afford house price. That is why they keep on going down as banks attempt to unload a mountain of unsold home they have on us.
