Cities tend to rot at the core. Most of us, of this scary fact are now very aware. Businesses move out due to inner city crime. That is where we see rising crime. Perhaps we will see new cores. For example, people can tele commute now. Well, this is one way. Basically, planning an escape. Where will the new cores rise up?
