keystone prediction

A keystone prediction is one upon which many of subsidiary predictions depend on. It is important to not get a keystone prediction wrong. This can have a tremendous disproportionate effect on the environment that is massive. There are many effects of a keystone prediction on time waves.

I am interested in the phase of oscillation of time waves. If I can alter the amplitude of oscillation is it possible to change the frequency of signal in such a way as to create a new resonance. A sinor is a sinusoidal function of time that we use in an HDR.
