Actually, on January 31, 2010 there was an interview on Coast to Coast AM with Art Bell. The guest was Dr. David Lewis Anderson of the time travel institute claims that he can create small time warp. Inside these fields time can race ahead at 300% of normal speed using his time warps. Interesting stuff to be sure.
