Placing a Double Terminated Quartz Crystal in an HDR device is one way of increasing power. Think of it as a way to focus your energy. It appears that quartz crystals have very unique properties where time is concern. That is why you see them used in digital watches. Clocks need quartz to keep accurate time. It is almost ironic that quartz crystals are used in the exploration of time travel. For example that they would be place inside the witness well of an HDR unit to keep a focus on time particles. These chronotrons are generated and focus using magnetic fields. Much of this knowledge comes from the Philadelphia Experiment when US gov wanted to make a ship invisible.
