 OK, so vacation homes are not selling as they once were. Frankly, we are not so sure... like on what the reason is. AIRBNB is noticing a drop in people going to places that are nice. Maybe, this is due to our ongoing economic crisis.

 People should dump their own electric cars now. Oh yes, while they still can. Fellow colleagues, it is not just the usual limited range issues. Those lithium battery packs are so expensive. Have you ever tried to replace one? Good luck is what we say to you.

Walmart

 Walmart closes stores in Chicago due to crime. Hey, they were losing money. Let us try to keep both of our eyes open. People need to understand that Walmart is a for profit company. Sadly, it is hard to make a profit in high crime areas.

farm

 Yo, small family farms have trouble competing with corporate farms that are enormous. These big firms did promise lower prices. Well, they are short on delivery and long on promise. Just look inside your grocery. Do you see lower prices?

house

Buying a house is not so easy. Interest rates are up.  I dread the application process. Oh yes, it is a pain. Still, I think it is better to have a nation of owners. They have heavily invested more in our anemic economy. Yeah, in more ways an one.

Flowers

 Flowers bring me joy. God did indeed create an awesome universe. I do hope it is one we can enjoy some more.

 Yo, sour news in amazon arena. Basically, we see amazon will start charging fees for some returns - wow. This news is worrisome. After all, we do get a lot of stuff that does not work and we need to return, but amazon no care. What a drab dreary universe we are in.

hard landing

 OK, so a hard landing for the USA economy is serious.  Folks, we could face an economic crisis or a massive recession. Do understand that things might get even worse. Sadly, we do not see an end to inflation any time soon.

 Postage stamp prices are on a rise. This should amaze no one. Inflation is still going strong, and people are reminded of that when they go to a grocery. Just look at all the soaring prices. Basically, we are in woe.

crisis

 Commercial real estate is in a crisis. It could be like 2008 or even worse. Yeah, there is one main reason. Most people are working remotely or so it seems. Frankly, driving to the office is not so common no more. Workers like to save money on gas. Also, there is less wear on our cars.
