Ah yes, houses use to be a lot smaller years ago. Right now homes are over 2000 square feet in average size. Like wow, that is a lot of squares. Well, a big house cost more in winter to keep warm. Do add that it cost a lot in summer... that is if you have central air. Make mine a small space.
